OUR BUYER SERVICES
For over 25 years, Progressive Housing has specialized in selling mobile/manufactured homes in parks throughout the San Jose Bay Area. We never charge the buyer a fee for our services. Our fee is paid by the seller at the close of escrow.
We are familiar with the different parks and the requirements to qualify for residency. Whether you are looking for an all-age park, a senior community, a park that allows dogs, or parks that offer garage units, we can help. We are also familiar with the various loan programs available to buyers and what it takes to get them approved in today's market. We can advise when it might make sense to opt for "seller financing."
For our buyers, we pledge to:
